Last week the Colleyville Commuter Rail Committee presented its final report to City Council. The Committee’s report highlighted many of the negative aspects of the T’s proposed commuter rail system and station in Colleyville — increased noise, pollution, traffic congestion and crime. What it did not address was the massive cost of the T’s proposal, assuming instead that someone else would foot this bill.
